Monster Cookies are a perfect answer to “What should I bring to the picnic?” Who doesn’t love a giant cookie packed with goodies like peanut butter, chocolate chips, and M & M’s?

And even better: this is a gluten-free cookie recipe!

The cookies are baked by dropping or pushing huge measuring cupfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet … hence the nickname “Monster.”

Bake time: 14-18 minutes
Makes about 3-4 dozen very large cookies
